Mr. Smithmyer provided Expert Witness testimony in the areas of software piracy and copyright issues in his former career.  He is no novice to the witness stand.

Clients who have used our appraisal services include; insurance agencies, tax consultants, financial institutions, legal and accounting firms and many other businesses.  In many cases, our independent, supportable analysis has allowed clients to settle cases without going to court.

We can consult with you and advise you about the relative strength of an appraisal presented by opposing parties. We can also perform additional research and analysis to support or discredit assumptions or conclusions if they exist.

Mr. Smithmyer is a Certified Residential Appraiser (the highest level of Residential License in Georgia), an approved FHA Appraiser and a Georgia Licensed Appraisar Instructor.  These credentials and his knowledge of Georgia Regulations (Georgia Appraisal Act), USPSP, Fannie Mae and FHA regulations as well as accepted appraisal practice make him well qualified to provide professional services to the legal practice.
