Litigation Support and Expert Witness Testimony

I offer a full range of Real Estate Appraisal services, and have experience in many types of property. I specialize in litigation support and expert witness testimony.

I have been certified as an Appraiser Expert Witness in the Superior Court of 7 Counties in Georgia: Dekalb, Cobb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall and Jackson.  I am no novice to the witness stand.

Clients who have used my services include; insurance agencies, tax consultants, financial institutions, legal and accounting firms and many other businesses.  In some cases, my independent, supportable analysis has allowed clients to settle cases without going to court.

I can consult with you and advise you about the relative strength of an appraisal presented by opposing parties. I can also perform additional research and analysis to support or discredit assumptions or conclusions if they exist.

I am 1 of approximately 17 appraisers in the state of GA who is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor.  The Appraisal Foundation (Authorized by Congress as the Source of Appraisal Standards and Appraiser Qualifications) has certified me to teach the national Uniform Standards of Professional Appraiser Practice (USPAP) courses.  (click here to learn more about USPAP)

I am licensed by the state of Georgia as a State Licensed Appraiser Instructor and am the School Director of the Georgia Appraiser School, LLC.  I have authored approximately 20 appraiser courses approved by the state for licensing and continuing education for appraisers. 

These credentials and my knowledge of Georgia Regulations (Georgia Appraisal Act), USPSP, Fannie Mae and FHA regulations as well as accepted appraisal practice make me well qualified to provide professional services to the legal practice.
